Lauren Ward
IT Coordinator
Lauren joined the Alliance Interstate Risk Service team in August 2022. As the IT Coordinator, she is responsible for our internal program management software, including report building, troubleshooting, training, and implementation of new features. She also provides technical assistance to all departments in campaigns, processes, and procedures.
Prior to AIRS, Lauren worked in Marketing and IT for a Workers’ Compensation TPA. She graduated from the University of Alabama where she received a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. Lauren also holds her master’s degree from Auburn University Montgomery.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, traveling, and attending sporting events.
