Alliance Interstate Risk announces promotion of Will Thrash

The Alliance Interstate Risk Service (AIRS) and ATA Comp Fund are pleased to announce the promotion of Will Thrash to the position of Controller effective immediately. Will has been with the AIRS/ATA Comp Fund team since 2021 as an Accountant, providing accounts receivable and payable activities, assisting in financial statement preparation, and other accounting support functions to members and vendors. He has also advanced our IT efforts with his knowledge of our policy administration and accounting systems.
Doug Moseley, AIRS /ATA Comp Fund Director of Finance, states, “Will has been an integral part of our success through working in streamlining our processes, which allows us to continue the growth of our programs while keeping our expenses under control. This new roll will help move the finance department forward to continue to meet our anticipated future demand.” Will continues to be responsible for his current duties and functions for both programs, including internal and external communications with responsible parties. He will take a more active role in the responsibilities with our monthly financial statements and as a liaison with the external financial statement auditors and actuaries.
