Beat the Heat

6.21.2022

We're in the thick of it.  Every year, thousands of workers become ill while working in extreme heat or humid conditions.  With the heat of the summer months upon us, be sure to familiarize yourself with the dangers of heat-related illnesses.  Excessive exposure can cause a range of heat-related illnesses including heat rash, heat cramps, heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

OSHA has Summer Safety Resources available to its members, including symptoms and first aid chartsprevention practices and more!

If you are not already taking advantage of your FREE membership in the OSHA Alliance, please contact your Alliance Interstate Risk Service Risk Manager today to find out how you can benefit from the information and resources OSHA provides.
