ALLIANCE INTERSTATE RISK SERVICE WELCOMES CHRISTY HUTCHINS AS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Montgomery, Alabama – Alliance Interstate Risk Service is pleased to announce the hiring of Christy Hutchins as Business Development Specialist effective February 22, 2022.
Christy will be responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships with new and existing agency partners in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia. She will also assist the Marketing Team with prospecting efforts as the Alliance Interstate Risk program expands its scope. Alliance Interstate Risk Service Chief Operating Officer, Todd Hager, states, “Christy’s extensive background in the insurance industry, specifically in transportation and specializing in workers’ compensation and risk management, will be an important asset to our team. Her addition to our Business Development and Marketing teams will be key to our strategic growth plan for years to come.”
Prior to joining Alliance Interstate Risk, Christy was a National Business Developer for a global disaster recovery company. A successful property and casualty insurance agent and consultant with over 15 years in risk management, including 6 years focused solely on transportation, she is excited to support and foster lasting relationships with our agency partners and member companies.
Christy holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from The National Alliance, Transportation Risk Specialist (TRS) designation from the Motor Carrier Insurance Education Foundation, and Certified Authority on Workers Compensation (CAWC) designation, along with her Property and Casualty Insurance and Life & Health Insurance licenses.
